TODD HAIMES (Artistic Director) joined Roundabout as the Executive Director at the age of 26. From 1983 to 1990, he served in that position, overseeing the company’s finances, marketing and fundraising. Mr. Haimes has been the Artistic Director of Roundabout Theatre Company since July 1, 1990. Prior to joining RTC, Mr. Haimes held positions at Westport Country Playhouse and the Hartman Theatre. He is the former president and currently serves on the board of ART/NY. Mr. Haimes has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Yale University. He has taught Theatre Administration in the Graduate Program at the Yale School of Drama and the Graduate Theatre Administration Program at Brooklyn College.
JILL RAFSON is the Director of New Play Development at Roundabout Theatre Company, where she also serves as Associate Producer for Roundabout Underground. Jill has worked with The Broadway League, New York City Center, and ART/NY and has been a Dramaturg and member of the Artistic Council for the O’Neill Playwrights Conference, in addition to reading scripts for Vineyard Theatre and Deutsch/Open City Films. Jill is a Dramaturg for rising theater company CollaborationTown and for the Flea Theatre’s 50-playwright project, The Mysteries. She has served as script consultant for “The Importance of Being Earnest HD” (screened worldwide), lectured for the Commercial Theatre Institute and guest blogged for World Theater Day. She is a nominator for Off-Broadway’s Lucille Lortel Awards, a member of NYFA’s Emerging Arts Leaders program, and a graduate of Johns Hopkins University.
LEAH REDDY (Teaching Artist) is an actor, photographer, writer, history nerd, and teaching artist. She teaches with Roundabout Theatre Company, the Metropolitan Opera Guild, and Manhattan Shakespeare Project, and writes for Roundabout’s Upstage Playgoers’ Guides and Trinity Wall Street.
TED SOD (Education Dramaturg) has been dramaturge for the education department at Roundabout since 2002. TIFFANY NIXON (Archivist) has been the archivist for Roundabout Theatre Company since 2008. Roundabout Theatre Company Archives contain extensive institutional and stage documentation chronicling the company's nearly fifty year history as an Off-Broadway and Broadway producer.
OLIVIA O'CONNOR is the Artistic Associate at Roundabout Theatre Company and a freelance dramaturg and writer. Her dramaturgy work includes projects at The Flea Theater and Pittsburgh’s City Theatre Company. She is a member of Third Space Theater and the National Theatre for Student Artists. Graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
